I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping folks feel their absolute best through evidence-based sustainable dietary and behavior change.
I am a trauma-informed and weight-neutral provider, meaning I prioritize creating a safe space where all bodies are respected. My counseling style utilizes empathy, validation, and humor.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make choices that truly serve you, without the overwhelm.

Initial Assessment
A 60-minute session all about getting to know you. We will take an in-depth look at factors such as diet history, sleep, stress, movement, and current eating habits.

Follow Up
30-60 minute sessions all about creating short-term goals that will get you to your long-term goals. We will meet at a frequency that feels best for you.
