Completed Scholarly Work
My scholarly work to date has focused on the integration of nutrition care within emerging and complex areas of clinical practice. This includes exploring the role of GLP-1 medications within the treatment of binge eating disorder (BED), considering both their therapeutic potential and the nuanced nutrition implications for clients. Additionally, I have examined gaps in provider preparedness in eating disorder care, with a focus on how innovative, accessible training approaches, such as online modules, can strengthen clinician knowledge and confidence.
