My approach goes beyond simply telling you what to eat.
I’m interested in the why behind our eating behaviors: the experiences, beliefs, barriers, and messages that shape our relationships with food and our bodies. Together, we work toward practical, sustainable strategies that fit your life, values, and goals, with care rooted in curiosity, compassion, and evidence rather than fear, shame, or rigid rules.

Completed Scholarly Work
My scholarly work to date has focused on the integration of nutrition care within emerging and complex areas of clinical practice. This includes exploring the role of GLP-1 medications within the treatment of binge eating disorder (BED), considering both their therapeutic potential and the nuanced nutrition implications for clients. I have also examined patterns of interest in and use of GLP-1 medications among individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating psychopathology, with particular attention to the implications for screening, prescribing practices, and ongoing nutrition care. Additionally, I have examined gaps in provider preparedness in eating disorder care, with a focus on how innovative, accessible training approaches, such as online modules, can strengthen clinician knowledge and confidence.
You deserve more than a handout.
So, take a deep breath, throw away that nutrition handout telling you about why you shouldn’t eat bread, and let’s get started.
